Next week is the 4th of July which is a personal favorite. My grandmother is a star-spangled girl and my birthday is two days later. For many of birthdays, I have had the pleasure of sharing my celebration with the amazing woman. She turns 92, by the way!
And as this is our first summer in our beach home, I volunteered to host the celebration. Which means decorating for me and cooking for hubby. He loves a good bar-b-q (this is Texas)! But sometimes, I get a little bored with the traditional; mustard, ketchup, pickles, and tomatoes set-up. I decided this year, we could have an upgrade!

The opinions are mine. It is my Universe, after all.)
I took the fabulous Angus beef patties my husband grilled and dressed it up a bit.
Add a glass of wine, and it’s a sophisticated twist on the Bar-B-Q. Perfect for late evenings and outdoor dining.
Now that’s a dinner worthy of a celebration. And so easy! Just stir in your favorite salad dressing spices into Stonyfield Yogurt and it is a perfect topper to any salad. Even one that comes a top a burger!
Thanks to Stonyfield Organic and Taylor Farms for making this upgrade possible.
Stonyfield has a lot of yummy recipes for the 4th at stonyfield.com including this parfait.
