In its second season, “Vindication” centers again on Gary Travis, now sergeant of his own precinct of a suburb of Dallas. More than a man in blue, he is a devoted husband, grandfather, and man of prayer. His belief in God often leads him in his investigations, as well as in his home life.
The first episode focuses on a single mom, living in the boonies, who is frightened by some unexplained sounds and lights behind her home. When his detectives don’t take the woman seriously, Sgt. Travis steps up in an unusual way.
