X Marks the Fun

We needed some fun around this place.

Seriously.

After this year, we needed to lighten up and brighten up. And so we did.

If the Boy can’t go to the Arcade, then the Arcade will come to the Boy

There are many things we did BEFORE that we can’t do now. Laser Tag is one of them. That’s where Laser X Evolution comes in.

The following is a sponsored post. The opinions are mine.
It is my Universe, after all.

Truly easy setup, for which I am thankful. Choose your color and ready, set, aim.

We have had a previous incarnation of Laser X which we enjoyed quite a bit, but it required wearing a chest piece. The Laser X Evolution only requires two guns. When you have been shot, your gun loses its color.

Ah, the color!

I love the addition. Patrolling the backyard in the evening with bright red, green, or blue blasters definitely made it feel more like a true laser tag experience.

I’ll Play!

As a Momma, I also embrace anything that gives me time with my teen boy. I can hear a ticking in my head of the limited time I still have with him. Halfway through his junior year in high school, I am feeling the adage “long days, short years” with a fiery, rough edge. So, if my boy will let me skulk around corners to try to take out his laser, I am all in!

Anywhere can become your home tag zone — hallways, driveways, alleys, you name it. And you can play it in daylight, as well as dark. There are sound effects that indicate that you’ve been shot.

Should you want to indulge in your favorite Leia/Stormtrooper moment (I really wish I could have done the cinnamon buns for this!), you can fin the Laser X Evolution exclusively at Walmart.com.

May the Laser X be with you! LOL
