Wordless Wednesday #21 -- A Blast From the Past

Many of you probably know that Texas has been suffering from an incredible, record-making drought over the last year. This has caused lakes to reach lows not seen in decades. If you needed any proof, check out these cans preserved on the lake bed. They are from the late seventies or early eighties. Clearly they had not seen the sun since going under as there is very little oxidation.Notice the cylindrical shape that doesn't taper and the pull tab. I remember when cans looked like this. I had to share this blast from the past. Happy Wednesday!
