Shining the Star-Light #13 -- Veterans Day Discounts

It's that time of year again where companies celebrate those who serve. I would like to Shine the Star-Light on those companies and share the discounts with you my readers.Please note that some discounts are for Sunday November 11th and some include the Federal holiday on Monday, November 12th. I will be updating all day so please check back for more discounts. (I have provided a link for each offer, please check the sites for all requirements and limitations -- thanks!)Free Meals: Applebees - A free meal from a limited menu is being offered (Dine-in Only) on 11/11.BJs: BJs Restaurant and Brewery is offering a lunch entree or a mini pizza 11/11 and 11/12.

 California Pizza Kitchen: CPK is offering any pizza from the menu and a drink for active duty and veteran military 11/11 and 11/12.

Chilis -- A  A free meal from a limited menu is being offered (Dine-in Only) on 11/11 until 5:00 pm.Denny's: Denny's is offering All You Can Eat Pancakes from 6 am to 2 pm on November 12th.Golden Corral:McCormick & Schmick's: Is offering a meal on November 11th from a limited menu (Dine-in ONLY).On The Border: On the Border are offering a certificate for a future meal and they are donating 15% of your purchase to Carry the Load. Outback Steakhouse: Outback is sharing the love for the military for the rest of the year -- beyond a free cola and Bloomin' Onion through the 12th for vets, a 10% discount is available for military through 12/31.Taco Cabana: Taco Cabana offers active and retired military a 20% discount everyday.Texas Roadhouse:Discounts:Family Dollar: Family Dollar is offering a coupon on their website for 10% off purchases through tomorrow 11/12.Home Depot:Home Depot offers an active military discount 365 days a year but extends that discount to veterans on Memorial Day, July 4th, and Veterans Day.Lowes: Lowes offers an active military discount 365 days a year but extends that discount to veterans on Memorial Day, July 4th, and Veterans Day. Many websites offer fabulous lists of Veterans Day Discounts and Freebies.
