Friday Fragments #37 - 4th of July

It's Friday and it's the Fourth!Happy 238th birthday to my country and happy 89th birthday to my grandmother loving known as Nanau to us!A birthday is in my near future, as well which means this blog will be four years old. Wow! When you add the almost year blogging as 38 and Traci, I have been at this for almost five years!I am challenging myself this 5th year to get back to my roots and write something everyday. A long time ago I started blogging because I needed an outlet and it was almost a journal. It was a deep reflection of who I am and my journey. That's where I came from and I am positive that to get to the Wizard, it is my Yellow Brick Road.

Those of you who have followed me a while will know that I share a lot of the scary funny things my kiddos say. My Little Diva had some wisdom to share this week.Little Diva: Mommy, I love day and night equally because at night you get cuddles and at day you get to be creative. I wish we could make them come together.Pretty awesome.On another note, she says to me out of nowhere, "Mommy, I still want Google Glass!" I have no idea where she heard of Google Glass or why she feels the need to yell her support for it -- haha!
