I am happily in Las Vegas today to represent Dr. Smith's Diaper Rash Spray at the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners AKA the #NAPNAP conference. This is my fourth year and it's always a treat. This time Hubby accompanied me. We both laughed when we walked off the plane to find this in the airport.
