Taking Next Issue for a Spin
I was provided a trial membership of Next Issue for review purposes. The opinions are mine. It is my Universe, after all.
Many of you know that my family is on the road full time these days. If you don't, you can check out our craziness over at Star Family Travels. With being on the road, luxuries like magazines had become a thing of the past. With limited space and limited time at any address, subscriptions no longer worked and this girl is too poor to buy at the newsstand. So I simply looked longingly at the shiny covers, reading headlines as fast as I could while waiting to check out with my groceries.Well, that is no longer!Welcome to Next Issue. While at Mom 2.0 Summit, I met the fun ladies from this revolutionary magazine service and they offered me a chance to try it out. You might remember this pic.It is probably the closest I shall be to being a cover girl so I'll take it. According to them I am 2015's Most Glamorous Mom. I am absolutely sure that there are no other bloggers out there with this same pic. Absolutely sure. (Let me live in my ignorance... please.)So back to the service, Next Issue offers the entire newsstand in your tablet or even phone. Think I'm exaggerating, take a peek at my stream. For $9.99, there are a great number of monthly options, and for $5 more, weekly mags including Entertainment Weekly and the New Yorker are included. So if you have ever been surrounded by half read New Yorkers because you couldn't keep up, this is for you! Now anyone can try Next Issue for 30 days, but three of my lucky readers will get 90 days! Woot! Woot! And those who know me, know I make my giveaways easy-peasy. All you have to do is visit Next Issue and tell me what magazine you'll be reading. That's it. I will choose 3 random winners.
