Friday Fragments with StarWelcome back! Thank you for checking out Episode #5 of Friday Fragments. My apologies to those who joined in last week. I have no idea where the linky disappeared to but I appreciate you coming back!

Last week, I shared that I was in New York for Blogger Bash. I am home now but let me tell you, re-entry is tough. I am behind in everything. As I always feel behind, this is really saying something. I am digging out from an avalanche of emails and laundry. I love traveling but it does come with a cost.

As I caught up with the kiddos this week, they provided me with a few fragmented gems. With the heat and my absence, Sonny-Bunny got WAY too much screen time.  I explained that we would be cutting back his Xbox time. I don't like his behavior when he plays too long and I had just seen a report on GMA about limiting screen time  to two hours at his age. When I told him this, he got very upset. My daughter was calling for me so I left the room. My husband reported to me later that he threw his head into his hands and dramatically declared "I hate... I hate her parenting shows!" It took everything Hubby had not to die laughing in his presence. I nearly spit out my coffee when he told me.So, it's not my fault, it's those parenting shows. LOL!

Little Diva has moved into "grownup" music. In other words, she wants to listen to the radio or CDS and hear the original version not the KidzBop one. This allows for some interesting singalong. I won't even touch what it sounds like when sings "Uptown Funk". I'm pretty sure you can make a good guess. Luckily, she is still very sweet and relatively naive so most of the lyrics go over her head. This includes "Sugar" by Maroon 5. When I give her kisses, I call it sugar so she just thinks its kissing. Trying to leave it at that.Today, we were driving and the Foo Fighters came on the radio. She yells out, "Mommy, it's the Food Fighters!" I can just imagine that video. Again, hubby and I were left holding in laughter.

That's my frags for the week; both visual and audio. Did you frag this week? Here's hoping the linky will hang around this time.
