I don't know about you but with summer come a few cravings. Not the pickle and saltine kind of cravings but cravings for the things that make summer, well... summer.I crave long days and toes in the sand, pools and frozen drinks. Something else I crave is summer dressing. Yep, I love the shorter hemlines and the spaghettis straps. I love bright, happy colors and bermuda shorts. When I lived in San Francisco, I was so dismayed by the chilly, foggy days of June. Having grown up in the South, I wanted to wear a cute summer dress so badly. In fact, sometimes I would wear one and just throw my requisite black leather coat over it!. Now that I am moving to Galveston, I suspect I will be living in dresses most of the year. I love the beautiful colors but I also love that prAna believes in making clothes I can live in. They are sturdy and made for hikes, trips to the beach, or whatever adventures the summer brings.Another craving that fuels those summer adventures -- my Stonyfield favorites, of course. A few months ago, I fell in love with Stonyfield Organic Greek with Honey. It is a great way to kickstart my day, whether that includes swimming, heading to the park, or playing referee between the kiddos.Speaking of kiddos, here is a yummy snack replacement. Try putting a YoKids Strawberry Squeezer in the freezer. When the kids are hot and wanting a popsicle, clip the end and hand them a tube. It works just like a push-up. Fun and healthy!
