WH Houston - Texas Renaissance Festival
It's a fall tradition in the greater Houston area. Now that we are in Galveston, we want to get back to it. A flashback in time but a leap forward in fun, each weekend of the festival brings a new theme.
All Hallows' Eve (October 28 & 29)Barbarian Invasion (November 4 & 5)Heroes and Villains (November 11 & 12)Highland Fling (November 18 & 19)Celtic Christmas (November 24, 25, & 26)
And, as you guys know I love a bargain, head out on a Sunday and those under 12 go for free. So whether you are looking for Halloween fun, battles, kilts, or Christmas, there is a weekend of fun for you!
The Texas Renaissance Festival is the nation's largest and most acclaimed Renaissance themed event. Established in 1974, the event attracts over half a million visitors each year to its 55-acre New Market Village and Fields of New Market Campgrounds in Todd Mission, Texas.
