Sadly, we just buried this sweet little rat named Jack who was as much a best friend as pet. He was bought as a companion to the blonde one leaning n for a kiss. If you are hearing the two names together and feeling a sense of familiarity, yes, they were named for the Cinderella duo.

So despite her sitting on the precipice of teenage-hood, there have been lots of tears, cuddles, and old fashioned playtime. This Momma heart hurts to see her in pain and struggle with loss. ā£
Does time heal a broken heart?
When they say time heals a broken heart, they usually mean that the passage of time does the work. I think its more active than that. Hearts need attention, care and comfort. All of those things take time. And I am willing to stop the world to give it to her.
