A Boo-tiful Fall

This last year has been exhausting - a rollercoaster of highs and lows with dizzying extremes. As we enter our second month, I found myself catching my breath and taking stock of our new life here in Buffalo.

Money, money, money

I will share more in the next few days and weeks, but I want to say that I am feeling blessed and thankful. We are loving Buffalo and have found our forever home. We are progressing through the loan process and while it is going well, it is always a slow and humbling process. No one likes their worth brought down to dollars and cents.

The spirit of the town is friendly and my daughter seems to be settling into her school well. My son seems more relaxed. We have begun to discover the joy of Sunday afternoons snacking and cheering the Bills. Words like “weck” have begun to enter our vernacular. All in all, this move seems to have been very healthy change for us.

Traci gets her fall on

As the weather shifts cooler, the leaves start to fall, and we head out to pumpkin patches, it looks like we are on our way to a boo-tiful fall.
