Shining the Star-Light #14 -- Here's to the Heroes at Seaworld San Antonio

I've written about how highly I think Of Anheiser-Busch Parks and how they treat military families. As we just had a wonderful day courtesy of the Here's to the Heroes program, I felt I should shine the Star-Light again on this fabulous program.Once a calendar year, active duty military can attend one park for free, They can bring up to three dependents -- which meant this family of four was free. Yes, I said FREE! It was an amazing day as many of you have seen via my excessive Facebook and Twitter pic postings (yes, I know I have a problem but like most addicts, I am not ready to quit!!!Here's a glimpse of our day.It started with excited kids riding in the double stroller -- a stroller on which we got a 30% discount. We went from a Texas-style tree...To a dip with the penguins. But as cool as the penguins are, this Little Diva couldn't wait for Elmo...And she was not disappointed.Meanwhile, Sonny-Bunny and his cohort cousin plotted to conquer a ship made of rope. And all that was before we hit the rides...We had a wonderful day as a family...Oh! And then, there's this...But that's for another post! Thanks again to Seaworld for adding a lot smiles to our Holiday Season. For more details, go to directly to their site: Hero Salute. There are limitations and ID requirements but most can be done on-line which is really easy! Thanks again to Seaworld for making this special experience possible for our family!
