I'm Walking on the WildSide...

Blogging has brought me tremendous blessings. First, and foremost, it has brought me friendships all over the world which brighten my universe on a daily basis. Beyond that, I have received many opportunities that regularly enrich my family's and my life. The latest among this embarrassment of riches came in a very wet package. I have been asked to join some amazing Texas writers to be a Wildside blogger for Seaworld San Antonio!Yay! Yay! Yay!It's true! You can check out the announcement here. Most of you have seen just how much we love Seaworld! I've gotten wet. I've been scared. And I have watched my husband be honored as a soldier. So, yes, I love Seaworld and yes, I am thrilled!Add that this gig makes me a hero to my kids! As a SAHM, I need to treasure moments like this -- and by treasure, I mean store up in boxes, roll around in like Demi Moore in money, and drink like ambrosia. But back on topic, my kids are more excited about this than if I had actually won one of those coveted golden statues a couple of weeks ago.So, what would be the cherry on top of this sundae? I am in amazing company!
