It's Veterans Day and I am pleased to share these discounts and other treats for Vets and Active Military. Denny's: From 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. at all participating Denny’s restaurants nationwide, diners with a valid military ID will receive free all-you-can-eat pancakes, complete with warm maple syrup and whipped butter. These fluffy, all- American favorites can be enjoyed on their own or as the perfect complement to any Denny’s meal.
On a personal note, many Denny's offer servicemen and women in uniform discounts year-round. We have personally experienced this kindness.
Einstein Brothers Bagels -- This Veterans Day from 5:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., military guests are invited to visit participating Einstein Bros. or Noah’s Bagels location nationwide to receive a FREE Signature or Classic Bagel and Shmear, or any other topping, and no purchase is necessary. Outback Steakhouse: One of my favorites -- they are giving away a Bloomin' Onion and beverage on the 11th and then (and here's the part I love!), they offer a 10% discount through December 31st.
Uno Pizzeria: Enjoy a free pizza or entree with the purchase of a pizza or entree of equal or greater value.

Home Depot: Veterans get a 10% discount today. Home Depot offers active military a 10% discount year round.

Seaworld Parks: I love Seaworld and am currently a Wildside Blogger for Seaworld San Antonio. Long before being an ambassador for Seaworld, however, I wrote about what great supporters of military families, Busch parks are. As a part of Waves of Honor, today, veterans can get 50% off general admission and all year active military get free one day admission for themselves and up to three dependents.
