Photography and Plano

A couple of weeks ago, I was lucky enough to participate in a Photo Walk around Plano, TX. First off, don't be deceived by the homophone like name -- there is nothing plain about Plano. What a pretty little city with thriving restaurants and shops it is. I was so impressed! Second, I must share how awesome it was to learn photography from an expert like Nan Palmero. He is dynamite!Between the vibrant city and the great coaching, I got a lot of great pics. Here are just a few from the two days.I already shared a few details from the gorgeous Hilton Granite Park where we stayed but here is a little more. I love the colors and the art.We were treated to great pizza (you know how I love pizza), drinks, and desserts at Taverna Rossa...Followed by bowling fun at Pinstack Bowl! (Some of you may remember that I declared I was going to do things I love even though I am not good at them. Bowling is at the top of that list!)The next day, we had breakfast and toured the new Cambria Suites.Then we visited the Plano Baseball Association Tournament at Enfield Park. Getting action shots is really difficult!More great food was to come with lunch at Seasons 52.And if that wasn't enough fabulousness, they offered up shopping. Yes, shopping! Be still my beating heart! The Shops at Legacy...A big thanks to the #VisitPlano team. This was such a fabulous experience. And an extra thank you to Nan for the help with photography. I learned so much. I hope it shows!
