Star Reviews -- Para'kito Mosquito Repellant
I live in Texas which means I know mosquitoes. In fact, it would seem mosquitos know me. They certainly seek me out. So when Para'Kito Mosquito Repellant sent me their cute bands and clips, I was excited. With the Zika issue, however, I took it very seriously. This is especially true as this is an all-natural repellant.
Para'kito provided me samples for the purpose of this review. All opinions are mine. It is my Universe, after all.
I wore the Para'kito wrist band for a couple of weeks. Where I live, the tough times are mornings and dusk. While I noticed that I wasn't getting bit, I wasn't sure if it was due to the band. Well, you know that phrase, "you don't what you've got 'til it's gone?" I now have a deeper understanding of that phrase. Two evenings in a row, I went out with my hubby to take my Outfit of the Day pic. Each time, I came back in covered in bites. Why do mosquitos think I am so tasty? To further try it out, on the second evening I walked back out with the wristband and did not get bit. Nice! Now, as I mentioned earlier, mosquito safety is no joke. Beyond the current Zika crisis, there are other diseases carried by mosquitos, including Blue Nile. I can only share my experience. I really need mosquito repellant nonstop in the summer and I don't always want to use a smelly, chemical-y spray. So much so that I often go without which is not the right choice. I found myself much more willing to throw on this cute red band. Here is the Para'Kito promise:
Inside or outside, we never stop caring about your comfort and well-being. That’s why we use only natural active ingredients and that’s why we constantly research the best possible products before bringing them to you.
I really like the product and will be buying the refills.Have you tried an all natural repellant? What was your experience?
